Nissan Nissan Corporation has decided to sponsor and build 10 houses throughout the US one of those houses is right here in Rutherford County. We have been blessed with this partnership on so many levels. It is exciting to see the employees on the construction site working hard and with so much enthusiasm! Not only have we been blessed with wonderful volunteers from Nissan, we have also received a generous donation from the company. RCHFH now has a brand new Titan truck for our construction team to use. Brandy and her boys will be able to move into their new home after the dedication on Friday, November 9th.
"Nissan has a major partnership with Habitat for Humanity, and we're proud to support its efforts to make affordable housing possible for families here and in other parts of the world. Of course, it's especially gratifying to get involved here in Smyrna and to make such a positive contribution to a family's life in our own community." ~ Greg Daniels, senior vice president of U.S. Manufacturing for Nissan

Pinnacle Bank We would like to thank Pinnacle Bank for extending their partnership with us in 2007. We will receive five $25,000 grants to help more families become homeowners who would not otherwise be able to do so. Three of the homes will be built with minority families and two homes will be built with families whose head of household has a mental or physical disability. We are so blessed to be receiving $125,000 from our generous partners at Pinnacle Bank.
“The ability to come up with down payment and closing costs is usually one of the biggest stumbling blocks as families try to buy their first home. We are pleased to be able to help remove that stumbling block and partner with Habitat to help these eight families achieve the American dream,”
